            Independence Day week thru Labor Day

                              Off Season
                        $900.00 weekly + 7% tax  

            Memorial Day week up to Independence
            Day week ((5-27-07 to 6-30-06)
            After Labor Day week thru Halloween
            Week (9-9-07 to 11-3-07)

Reservations/Security Deposit:   

            1)  Call Mike and Carole @ (207) 615-8296 
                  to ascertain availability of desired
                  week(s)

            2)  Print out contract by clicking "Contract"
                  button, then click "print".

            3)  Complete contract, sign and mail with  
                  secruity deposit for $300.00 to:

            4)  Also included a completed Reservation
                  Form also found by clicking a button.

            5)  We will sign contract and return a copy
                  with a receipt to the address you
                  provided.

Rental Payment:  

            1)  A minimum of one half (1/2) of total rental 
                  payment is due no less than one month
                  prior to commencement of rental week.
                  $642.00 In Season
                  $482.00 Off Season  

            2)  The remaining balance is due no less 
                  than one week  prior to rental week.
